During their first guest performance in the Cantate-Saal of the Folk-Stage in Großes Hirschgraben, this award-winning initiative is dedicated to diversity in the Rhine-Main area: 10 Bridges musicians from nine different countries sing and play music from their old and new homelands. Through the unique instrumentation with instruments from all over the world, they create new soundscapes and build bridges across supposed borders. This concert makes the diverse community of the Rhine-Main region audible and shows the potential of migration, because: not despite, but because we are different, we can create this music.

The 10 musicians are comprised from members of the ensembles Tarane and Kardamom, who will play their own repertoire and colloborative pieces.
